Peaceful Residential Park Homes and Holiday Caravans in Ayrshire

A Long-Established Coastal Park Less Than an Hour from Glasgow

Relaxed Coastal Living at Crosbie Towers - Family-Run Holiday and Residential Park Since 1959

Crosbie Towers is a privately owned park just outside West Kilbride on Scotland’s west coast. Open since 1959 and family-run, it’s a place that has grown quietly over the years through word of mouth and long-standing owners. With separate areas for holiday caravans and permanent residential park homes, the park is designed to suit different needs without losing its peaceful feel.

It’s not a holiday complex or a short-stay site. There’s no letting, no constant turnover and no pressure. Whether you’re here for weekend breaks or to settle full time, you’ll find a steady, neighbourly atmosphere that doesn’t change with the seasons.

Many owners return time and again, valuing the familiarity and the simple routine of life at the park. From the first visit, most people know if it’s right for them – and once they join, they tend to stay.

Coming to Crosbie Towers Caravan Park is very special. We love how peaceful the family run park is, the warmth of the other caravan owners, we have made friends for life here. We look forward to every visit, enjoying the beautiful scenery throughout the changing seasons. We can feel our stress levels drop as we drive through the gates. The park is always well maintained and the owners and maintenance team take pride in doing so.
There are play areas for children of different ages and recently a new soft play area installed. There are laundry facitities and a club house that provide a warm atmosphere where families can come and play a variety of games, pool, air hockey etc and meet up with others and build those connections that keep bringing us all back time and time again.
Having purchased our lodge 4 years we love coming here. From the moment we drive up "The Avenue" you can feel the stress leave you. The location is perfect and the views over to Arran are amazing. We have made some really good friends here. It's a family run park and the grounds and gardens are well maintained. From our point of view we just love the peace and tranquility.
